Carlos has a B.S. in Horticulture, Cal Poly, Pomona and
is involved in Master Gardener events and the Mojave
Sustainability Project.
He will discuss techniques for growing cool season
edibles and will include planning an edible garden, soil
preparation, plant selection, fertilizing, pest control,
weed control, disease control, planting, and crop rotation.
Carlos will bring many interesting plants and shrubs;
some will be available for purchase.
