San Clemente Water Reclamation Plant Tour
This tour had been planned twice before. The much-needed rain caused the tour to be postponed. But, on April 26th we realized that the third time was the charm! And, a group of 13 club members gathered at the San Clemente Water Reclamation Plant for a tour of the facility.
