Tree of Life Tour
Participate in the Tree of Life behind-the-scenes tour of the nursery, native forest and propagation beds with owner, Mike Evans on Sunday, June 1 from 2 - 4:30 pm.

Daily Highlights
Sunday - June 1st
Bus trip to Tree of Life Native Plant Nursery in San Juan Capistrano: A fantastic behind-the-scenes tour led by owner, Mike Evans, of the nursery, native forest, demonstration gardens and propagation beds. Established 40 years ago to resemble authentic California with adobe-style buildings with plastered strawbale walls. Shop in the Casa La Paz and Casa Grande to find unique items from local artists, books, seeds and vintage pottery.
Monday - June 2nd
Lunch Speaker: Shelley Sparks, “The Garden as a Healing Space!” Learn practical, beautiful, and simple ways to enhance your outdoor space, transforming it into a sanctuary that nurtures your overall harmony in life.
Workshop: Growing your Garden Club, Robin Pokorski. 25 Tips on Growing Your Garden Club.
Workshop: Kusudama Origami Magic, Cynthia Woo with Brad Welles. With some square pieces of paper and just a few tips about folding and assembling this beautiful paper flower, you will create artful decor and arrangements for special occasions and gifts.
Dinner: World renowned designer, Rene van Rems. Be dazzled with an amazing, entertaining demonstration of European floral designs and industry tips and tricks. Be prepared to bid on your favorite as some of his designs will be auctioned.

Tuesday - June 3rd
Workshop: Bylaws/GTEP/ Insurance. Receive updates and ask questions.
Lunch Speaker: Bob Lutticken, Biology, Agriculture and Aquaponics Teacher. An inspirational presentation on the Abraxas High School Garden and Abraxas Orchard Expansion, President’s Project 2025-2027.
Workshop: Gifts from the Garden Make and take home a gift. Learn creative new ways to share your garden.
Dinner: An elegant Blue-Ribbon Awards Extravaganza. Dress to impress!

Wednesday - June 4th
Lunch: Installation of Club and District officers led by Robin Pokorski, magician.
Workshop Ongoing: Club Leadership Tips and Tricks including hand-outs and a continuous video presentation.
Dinner: Installation of the 2025-2027 Executive Board. Be entertained by the magical entertainment of Robin Pokorski.
WIN a fabulous raffle basket! Bring your extra return address labels to ID your tickets. Raffle Drawing at 4pm Wednesday.
